DESCRIPTION:<<<\nBluzonia at Pale Fire Brewing Co.\nFriday\, December 12th\n7PM\nFREE\nall ages\n>>> \nBluzonia is probably the finest hillbilly boogie band in central VA. \nThe band consists of John Stubblefield (drums)\, Arin Bennett (bass)\, Dave Connolly (drums)\, and Doug Hedstrom (guitar). The band formed when Doug and Dave moved to the Charlottesville area and were soon joined by John. Arin is the new guy having started with Bluzonia about 15 years ago. \nDoug picked up guitar at 13 when his brother took lessons from an old jazz musician. Dave took up harmonica as a young teen living in Hong Kong. John is from a musical family and fell in love with drumming. Arin started playing guitar when in high school; then played bass in a punk rock band in college.
