DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday mornings for Yoga in the Yard! Your yoga instructor will lead a slow flow yoga style\, appropriate for all levels. \nTo attend\, please purchase a ticket from the attached link. Additional dates for Yoga in the Yard: September 6\, September 20 \n🧘🏼 Each participant should bring a yoga mat or large towel (such as a beach towel) and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. \n💦 It is strongly recommended that you also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated as we will be outside. Water will also be provided by Pale Fire. \n🍺 Ticket includes 1 hour of easy flow yoga in our backyard and 1 beverage from a curated event menu (all draft beer\, mimosas\, a variety of cocktails\, and non-alcoholic options). \n✍🏼 Upon arrival\, you will be asked to sign a waiver. This is a requirement to participate in the class. I love yoga for it’s therapeutic benefits and all that it teaches us on and off the mat.
