Basye\nSaturday\, July 5th\n11AM\nTICKETED: $15 PER PERSON\nAGES 16+\n>>> \nJoin us on some Saturday mornings this summer for Yoga in the Yard! Your yoga instructor will lead a slow flow yoga style\, appropriate for all levels. Each participant should bring a yoga mat or large towel (such as a beach towel) and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. It is strongly recommended that you also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated as we will be outside. Water will also be provided by Pale Fire. \nTicket includes 1 hour of easy flow yoga in our backyard and 1 beverage from a curated event menu (all draft beer\, mimosas\, a variety of cocktails\, and non-alcoholic options). \nUpon arrival\, you will be asked to sign a waiver. This is a requirement to participate in the class. \nClass is available for individuals 16+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. \nMeet Beth! “I’m a native of the Shenandoah Valley. I’m a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher training and over 1\,000 teaching hours (E-RYT200/RYT500). I love yoga for it’s therapeutic benefits and all that it teaches us on and off the mat. I truly believe that yoga offers something for every body and everybody with its union of body\, mind and spirit.”
