It’s a well known fact that there’s a not-so-secret society of the coolest brewers in the ‘Burg who have conspired on a celebratory biere de garde for Pale Fire’s 5th Anniversary known as, The Pentaverate. What’s in this Pentaverate? Saison yeast, orange peel, Cenntennial and Northern Brewer hops, and enough honey to make you crave it constantly.
Composed with Rocktown’s latest rockstars, ILPA combines the talents of Bravo & Calypso hops with Golden Promise malt. A depth of flavor reveals white pepper & orange, finishing dry and ready for the next upbeat. Every time that we raise a glass, we feel better than we used to.
Galaxy & Simcoe hops bob and weave on the nose setting the stage for Centennial, Amarillo, and Chinook to deliver a hop haymaker. This mauler weighs in at 11% and 103 IBUs. Glass jaws best skip this bout.
It goes like this, the sniff, the taste Chocolate leather, then roast and sweet The Baffled King didn't come to fool ya.
The World is Yours! Simcoe, Merkur, Bravo
Floreda Idaho is a collaboration brewed with our friends at Ardent Craft Ales in Richmond, inspired by a deep cut Simpsons gag. This sour IPA was kettle soured with Ardent's favorite lacto blend, then dry hopped with a blend of Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Floreda Idaho is a light, refreshing sour IPA, featuring mild tartness, lemony, piney flavors, and a clean finish.
There's nothing abstract about this addition to our India Pale Ale collection. Simple ingredients are layered to create something original with elongated notes of floral, citrus, and spice from Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo.
A distortion from the expected, Bend Sinister is not your average hazy IPA. A clean malt base meets herbal and spicy notes from late addition Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh, and Perle hops. You’re never living too late for a new take.
Take that load off, this beer's for you / Two styles already been heard, now combined / Belgian-style ale yeast brings a rich & fruity ester / Classic Cascade & Centennial meet modern El Dorado & Galaxy / A riff on a B-side style / Sincerely, me
An imperial version of our obsessed upon Lucille Oatmeal Stout. Lucille Two steals attention from our first Lucille with notes of semi sweet chocolate, and chocolate covered cherries that follow initial roasty notes. A touch of the dizzies will leave you hearing beautiful music but you'll be stable as a table the next morning.
